Natchez Trace Parkway Arches

Location 30 Miles south of Nashville, TN over Tennessee Route 96
Completion 1993
Description The Natchez Parkway Bridge is the first segmentally constructed arch in the United States. As part of the project, FHWA wanted a system with low permeability to protect the post-tensioning system. To meet this objective, FHWA chose Latex Modified Concrete as the preferred material to overlay the deck. Wagman was contracted to furnish and place 6294 square yards of Latex Modified Concrete at 1-1/4” depth.
